Tips to protect yourself and your family

  1. Stay home, especially if you are sick.

  2. Wash your hands regularly.

  3. Keep enough distance (1.5 meters) when you are outside.

  4. Limit your physical social contacts.

  5. Avoid shaking hands, kissing, or hugging.

  6. Watch out for those most at risk i.e. :

  • People over 65, diabetics

  • People with heart, lung or kidney disease

  • People with weakened immune system.

  1. Always use paper tissues. Dispose of the tissues immediately after use and throw them away in a closed dustbin.

  2. If you do not have a tissue, sneeze or cough into the crease of your elbow.

  3. Wear a face mask on public transport, at school (from the age of 12) and at work if you cannot guarantee the physical distance.

  4. Even in crowded public places you can wear a mouth mask, scarf or bandana to protect others.
