Let's protect eachother against respiratory infections.

Where do you wear a face mask?

Since 20 April 2023, wearing a face mask in healthcare facilities is only advised for patients with respiratory symptoms (coughing, sneezing, sore throat…) and immunocompromised patients.

However, healthcare providers can always assess for themselves when it is necessary to wear a mask. Masks are still useful in preventing the transmission of viruses, especially in a hospital or waiting room.
